Dare West Apartment Ltd. is a property consultancy firm, a part of Corporate Investment & Marketing Solution Ltd. (C.I.M.S.) Group UK.  We are specialist consultants in properties and financial management.  Our Nigeria office is recently opened in Lagos Registered with C.A.C. (Corporate Affairs Commission) in Abuja Reg No RC 679217.


Our Core Operation is Estate agent, property development for both Resident and Commercial.

Our aim is to provide our clients with wide choice of properties and to be the best property agent of your choice within our market, by gaining and maintaing a reputation and delivering the highest possible standard of service with integrity and performance of excellence in ensuring our high standard is maintained throughout.

Our Lagos office handle over 500-800 new enquires each month with over 1,000 applicants currently seeking to be provided with specific required land, apartments, Houses or other related property issues.  We seek and acquire our reliable prospective clients by liasing with organisations Such as banks, solicitor firms, oil companies, communication industries, Embassy and e.t.c.   While over 80% of our core clients are from overseas both United Kingdom, United States and Germany. This our over whelmed success is due to our continue publication abroad both on television and local publication.

Property Management
Our property management is second to none we make sure all organisations and individual that entrust their property and investment in our hand are well taken care of making sure they realise the full potential return on their investments. We currently are managing properties for more than 30 clients ranging from single property owners to multiple apartments and those with portfolio more than 10 properties.  We pride in providing a personal and individual service to every clients. As evidence, countless letters of compliment on our services keeps coming in.

Mortgages
We act as a Broker (Intermediary) on behalf of the lending institution and banks to secure loans and mortgage on your proposed house purchase. We assist individual Organisation or group collectives in arranging finance or mortgage, this is subject to individual bank terms and interest rates. The mortgage terms ranges from 10-30yrs with interest range of 6-20%.

Overseas Loan: - We can secure business & project finance, ranging from $500,000 to 500 million.  We represent some of the foreign lenders who provides flexible loan with a very good interest rate and attractive terms of repayment.  Nevertheless, our consultants are always accurate to guide you on the procedures and application forms.

SHORT LET FURNISHED APARTMENT
We are indeed proud to introduce our short let and holiday apartments, our self catering are fully furnished, to a good quality of a high taste and standards available from one week to 3 months which are extendable on application. These are suitable for overseas visitors, temporary apartment and holiday accommodation.
